We are present, in New Zealand, with branches and an online currency exchange service, with collection at our branches at Auckland airport, for a wide range of foreign currencies.

Yes. Global Exchange provides an online money order service for your trip to collect at one of our branches at Auckland airport.

No, the exchange rate applied to orders placed through the website in New Zealand (for buyers of foreign currency or inbound travelers buying New Zealand Dollar) is more advantageous for you than at the airport branches.
By ordering online you collect your currency and pay directly at the airport the day you travel. This way we can make sure you get the best rates online.

For online bookings, payment is made in cash or by card at the time of collection at our office.
No problem at all. If you wish to modify the amount of currency at the time of collection, you can do so and the exchange rate applicable at that moment in the establishment will apply.
Yes, it is important that you collect your booking on the selected date and time. If you need to change them, you can do so by contacting our customer service team in advance.
If you do not collect your booking on the indicated date and time and have not previously contacted us to modify it, it will be automatically cancelled.
No. At Global Exchange we do not charge any commission or service fees for online bookings. Only the agreed exchange rate applies, with no additional costs.
To collect your online booking, you will need to present your valid passport or your New Zealand driver's licence.

We currently do not charge any service fees for any of our currency exchange transactions in New Zealand.
In order to offer you the best possible service, we accept different methods to pay for your travel money at our branches: cash and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
The accuracy and care we take with our transactions makes this very unlikely to happen. Should you receive a counterfeit note we would of course replace it immediately.
For the safety of our customers, Global Exchange records the serial numbers of banknotes in such a way that counterfeited notes can be detected, or in case a Customer has a complaint, we can check whether it came from our branches or not.
